1. Representation Scope
Unless explicitly agreed in a separate bilateral contract, initial talent representation through Swarmcut Talent Co. operates on a non-exclusive basis. Creators remain free to create organic content and evaluate outside brand offers not sourced by the agency.
2. Campaign Briefs & Escrow
All campaigns booked through Swarmcut require formal brief approval and upfront escrow deposit by the brand partner. Deliverables published by creators must align with agreed campaign parameters before funds are disbursed.
3. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of agency partnerships shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands, with place of jurisdiction in Amsterdam.
