1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, mobile device, or tablet when you visit a website. They are widely used by online service providers to make websites work efficiently, provide secure authentication, maintain user session state, and deliver technical site functionality.

In addition to cookies, similar technologies such as local storage objects, web beacons, or session tokens may be used to store data locally on your device to ensure smooth portal operations.

2. How Swarmcut Talent Co. Uses Cookies

Swarmcut Talent Co. ("Swarmcut", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies primarily to enable core platform functions, protect user authentication state, ensure form data persistence during brief submissions, and maintain internal portal security.

We adhere to a privacy-first approach. We do not use cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising, user profiling, or invasive third-party ad tracking networks.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

A. Strictly Necessary / Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are essential for the operation of our platform. They enable basic functions such as page navigation, secure session management, administrative portal authentication, and form state retention across multi-step intakes.

admin_session: Maintains secure administrative portal login session.
sb-*-auth-token: Manages Supabase secure database connection & authentication state.
form_state: Temporarily preserves campaign intake or application data during submission.

B. Performance & Analytics Cookies

Not Currently Utilized

Performance cookies collect aggregated, anonymized information about how visitors interact with a platform (e.g. page views, error rates, load speed).

Status: Swarmcut does not currently deploy non-essential analytics tracking cookies or third-party web telemetry tools. Should analytics tools be implemented in the future, explicit consent mechanisms will be activated prior to deployment.

C. Functional Cookies

Conditional

Functional cookies allow the website to remember user selections (such as preferred theme or active filter selections) to provide an enhanced experience.

D. Advertising & Tracking Cookies

Disabled / Not Used

Advertising cookies track activity across websites to build audience profiles and display targeted advertising.

Explicit Statement: Swarmcut does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies across our website or creator roster pages.

4. Third-Party Services

Our portal utilizes selected infrastructure providers to maintain database security, font loading, and content delivery. These providers may set necessary technical session headers:

  • Supabase Inc.: Used for secure cloud database hosting and user authentication session management.
  • Vercel Inc. / Next.js: Used for edge hosting, server-side execution, and image delivery optimization.

5. How You Can Manage or Block Cookies

You have the right to decide whether to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can configure or modify your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies.

If you choose to block strictly necessary cookies via browser settings, certain core areas of our site (such as form submission processing or administrative login access) may not function correctly.

• Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
• Mozilla Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies
• Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Block Cookies
• Microsoft Edge: Settings → Site Permissions → Cookies
